All SciTech Fair Judges - Training session Lab 6 Thu 22 Aug 2.30pm DAK
  Hugh Lensen, SciTech Fair coordinator is coming to MBC on Thursday to train everyone who is keen to judge at upcoming Primary school and regional SciTech fairs. This is a great way to give back to your own Primary or Intermediate school, and can also help your scientific understanding.

Fair dates: Springlands Primary 26th August, Bohally intermediate 11th & 12th September, Regional Fair 24th September.

  Can All students who indicated that they want to attend Summer Camp please meet in Room 36 at Morning Tea Monday to get permission forms.
These students will have received an email from Mr Ferguson on Tuesday.

 
Notices Staff
All Day Loan - Assigned and Casual CCAs
  Students should be picking up your assigned day loan laptop at the beginning of the day before whānau time so that you are work ready for the start of your day. The library is only staffed for assigned and casual day loan pickup/drop-off between 8:15-9:05, 11:10-11:30, 1:30-2:15 and 3:15-3:30. It is important that you take responsibility to access the service during these times to minimise any disruption to your learning.

  Erg comp is on today in the gym at lunchtime. Jnrs and Snrs competitions. See your prefects if you'd like to be involved.

 
 
All Night Golf Fundrasier HJO
  U15 team are raising money by hosting a night golf fundraiser at Fairhall on the 30 August. The course will be lit up and we will have special golf balls with light in them.
Cost $120 for team of 4 email [email protected] if you want to enter a team.

 
 
All Opaoa Community service, Tree Planting HIR
  Good Morning Opaoa Students.
Next Thursday we have an opportunity to help our community. If your a Year 11, 10 or 9 and would like to help on Thursday plant so vegetation at WARD BEACH please come and see MR Hill and the Prefects in room 5 at 1.30pm today. There will be a short presentation regarding the session.

 
 
All Student Representative on the School Board PAMs
  Nominations are now open for the Student Representative on the Marlborough Boys' College School Board.
All students will receive a nomination form to their school email address, forms are also available at the front office.
Any student enrolled full-time in Year 9 and above, and under the age of 20, is eligible to stand for election and vote.
As well as having a voice on how your school is governed, being a school board member will provide valuable knowledge and experience for your future – it will look great on your CV!

Seniors Booking of appointments outside of school KIA
  Please be aware that you need to book your appointments outside of school hours if possible. Students are booking appointments for completing their Driving Licences during times that they have exams. You need to plan ahead. In particular the exams at the end of the year, please be mindful of the dates/times you are booking as you do not want to miss these NZQA exams. A derived grade will not be given to you should you miss your exam because of a Driving Licence test or any avoidable appointments.

 
 
Seniors Lincoln University Course Planning Visit This Friday TINs
  1.30pm this Friday we will have Mason from Lincoln University visiting to assist you with Course Planning.
Meet at the Green Room. This is the time to ask questions and get answers to your tertiary aspirations for 2025.
